Spherion is seeking a temporary Site Manager to manage and direct operations at a housing community. The position pays $24.00 per hour, with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., working approximately 20-40 hours per week.

Reviewing rental applications for initial eligibility and completing lease agreements.
Providing residents with recertification paperwork and conducting recertification interviews.
Collecting rent, issuing receipts, serving late rent notices, and making daily bank deposits.
Walking the property weekly for physical inspections and completing semi-annual unit inspections.
Supervising personnel, including completing annual evaluations.
Selecting outside contractors, obtaining competitive bids, and verifying insurance certificates.
Handling the purchasing process, including Purchase Order Requests and submitting invoices.
Establishing good resident relations and resolving complaints fairly.
Keeping proper documentation of resident files and incident reports.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Working knowledge of Yardi and Payscan software
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Prior Leasing Agent, Property Manager or related work history
Competence in basic computer skills, typing, spelling, telephone techniques, and basic mathematics.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Ability to follow technical instructions, the Injury and Illness Prevention Plan, and safety labels.
Professional appearance and adherence to business etiquette.
