Job Description:
The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for the precision manufacturing and machining of gears and gear-related components used in heavy-duty industrial equipment. This role supports production goals by operating machining equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all parts meet engineering specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC and manual machining equipment used for gear cutting, hobbing, shaping, grinding, and milling
- Manufacture gears and components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to verify accuracy and tolerances
- Follow safety procedures, lean manufacturing practices, and housekeeping standards
Education: High School/GED
Experience: 6 months
