What You'll Be Doing
As an Ingredient Dumper, you will be the key to our production line, performing the crucial task of pouring raw ingredients into our production machinery. You'll spend your 12-hour shift focused on this single, essential duty, ensuring the line runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a role where you can truly master a task and find satisfaction in doing it perfectly, every single time.
This isn't just about dumping; it's about being the person our production depends on. You'll ensure the right ingredients are added at the right time, maintaining the high quality our products are known for. You'll be part of a team, but your primary focus will be on your station, allowing you to settle into a productive rhythm without constant interruptions.
What We're Looking For

Attention to detail: You have a "good eye" for centering items and ensuring precision.
Physical stamina: You're able to regularly lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
A stable work history and a desire for a long-term position.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in a food manufacturing or production setting.
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
