Responsibilities:
???Coordinate daily production activities across assigned manufacturing lines.
???Work closely with Quality, Engineering, Sales, and other Coordinators to plan schedules and meet customer commitments.
???Train and mentor new hires, ensuring they understand processes, quality expectations, and safety standards.
???Monitor product quality and take prompt action to resolve issues.
???Encourage productivity and maintain a supportive, respectful work culture.
???Identify opportunities to improve production processes, workflow, and efficiency.
???Assist in maintaining documentation, production records, and performance tracking.
???Serve as a communication link between production staff and management.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-Proven experience supervising or coordinating teams in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to earn trust and motivate others.
-Ability to set priorities, manage schedules, and adapt to changing demands.
-No specific degree required-experience leading people and teams is what matters most.
-Basic understanding of production processes and quality practices (or ability to learn quickly).

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years
