Responsibilities:
Track and move product through second-shift production cells to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Identify and escalate production bottlenecks, material shortages, or equipment issues promptly.
Verify team attendance, manage shift timekeeping records, and report flags to management.
Reinforce IPC Class 3 quality requirements, ESD protocols, and 6S standards across the floor.
Conduct thorough cross-shift handoffs with day-shift leadership to set up incoming crews for success.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Skills:
Strong communication skills to effectively direct priorities and report shift updates.
Proven problem-solving ability with a keen eye for quality and non-conformance detection.
Highly reliable, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency using ERP/MRP systems for basic production tracking and documentation.
Qualifications:
2-7 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (aerospace, medical, defense, or space experience preferred).
Hands-on experience with SMT, cable and wiring assembly, final assembly, or inspection.
Working knowledge of IPC Class 3 standards and ESD protocols.
Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements.
