• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define the project scope, priorities, and implementation plan. Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and resource allocation.
• Execution & Monitoring: Focus on the most impactful tasks and activities to achieve project goals. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain daily communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing concerns. Lead daily team meetings to understand current status and report schedule deviations to the General Manager.
• Problem Solving: Identify necessary countermeasures to issues and work with functional area resources to implement effective and lasting solutions.
• Coordinate: Manage and coordinate communication between the two facilities to ensure that project scope and timing are understood and expectations are set appropriately and met.
• Executive Updates: Create and maintain project status reports for use in weekly updates, monthly business reviews, and other executive communications.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

• Exposure to, and experience with, lean productions systems/concepts is preferred
• Bachelors degree in science, engineering or related field is preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to scope and lead cross functional teams through complex projects
• Experience in Project Management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Minimum of 10 years related industry experience
