 As a Manufacturing Quality Technician, you'll perform hands-on work inspecting components, supporting assembly processes, and maintaining precise documentation in a clean, regulated environment. Candidates with 1-2 years of manufacturing or quality experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Quality Inspection & Compliance
- Perform accurate mechanical, physical, and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies according to specifications and inspection plans
- Able to complete 10-15 different inspections
- Weigh, count, package, and label finished product
- Utilize precision measuring tools, including microscopes, calipers, and micrometers, during inspection tasks.
- Perform inspection or testing of product to ensure good quality is maintained throughout the assembly process.
Equipment Operation & Production (Operator I)
- Ensure the continued operation of machines by interpreting machine faults, rectifying the problem, and restarting the machine with minimal downtime
- Read and interpret gauges and dials as required on equipment
- Perform simple, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation and make infrequent alignment of stations and fixture
- Complete production records and work order documentation in electronic batch record, data acquisition, and inventory management systems
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled environment.
- Familiarity with ISO or GMP standards.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be able to occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs
- Experience with precision measuring tools, including microscopes, calipers, and micrometers, during inspection tasks.
- Be capable of starting a machine from a power-off state
- Hand eye coordination
- Sitting for standing for 8-12 hour shifts
- GED or Highschool Diploma
