Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire process for manufacturing, technical, and professional positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and candidate success profiles.
Proactive Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, industry events, and community outreach to find talent.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an efficient and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Event Coordination: Coordinate and participate in career fairs, on-site hiring events, and community recruitment initiatives.
Compliance & Data: Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records for compliance and provide metrics on recruiting activity, such as time-to-fill and hiring quality.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with the HR team on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
Industry Background: Experience within the electric vehicle or energy storage sectors.

Industry Focus: At least 2 years of experience specifically focused on manufacturing or high-volume hiring environments.

Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Legal Compliance: Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
Adaptability: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
