Job Description:

Responsible for supervising the daily activities on the manufacturing production floor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities
• Assigning tasks to team members to maximize efficiency
• Operating various manufacturing machines
• Ensuring staff follows all safety protocols
• Ensuing products are prepared accurately for distribution
• Performing janitorial and general maintenance tasks to keep facility clean and organized

Education: High School

• Diploma or GED required

Experience: 12 months

• One year work experience required
• One year supervisory experience

Skills:

• Basic technical knowledge to assist with machine operation and equipment troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Experience in leading a team
• Ability to multitask to meet daily manufacturing targets
