      Process EngineerResponsibilities:Supports Root Cause investigation activities and drives Corrective Actions for the manufacturing process.??? Executes new product inload activities including fixture design, developing manufacturing routings andpreparing solid models for CNC programming.??? An understanding on manufacturing and supporting machine shop operations and post processingoperations.??? A knowledge of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)??? Manages specification changes as required by Customers or Operations.??? Develops Work Instructions for Operations.??? Provides information and input to the quoting process, including Design for Manufacturability and cycle timeestimates.??? Develops and Executes Process Validations per Company and customer requirements.??? Applies Lean Manufacturing techniques to continuously improve value streams.??? Understands design features and the metrology methods required to inspect the product. Perform GR&R formeasurement systems.??? The ability to work on multiple project at a given time.??? Follows ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulations.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)- Technical communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work in a team environment.- A background in CNC machining processes is preferred.- SolidWorks, Minitab, experience is preferred.- Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5) is preferred.Education:BachelorsExperience:4-7 yearsQualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor???s degree in Engineering.
