Responsibilities:
The Material Dance: Safely pilot and maintain propane or gas forklifts to seamlessly transport heavy building products from stock lines to staging and cut stations.
Freight Heavyweight: Flawlessly load and unload inventory from a fast-moving mix of trailers and rail cars.
The Safety Sentinel: Maintain absolute vigilance over your personal safety and the well-being of the crew around you. You are expected to have the courage to intervene in any unsafe practice instantly.
Inventory Precision: Accurately count units, record totals, and meticulously document shipping and receiving activities???because a true pro knows the tracking matters just as much as the driving.

Qualifications:
Verifiable Expertise: Solid, proven experience safely operating propane or gas forklifts in high-volume, heavy-duty industrial or distribution environments.
On-the-Fly Analytics: Sharp basic math skills (adding, subtracting, and multiplying) to manage unit counts accurately.
Schedule Stamina: Availability to hold down the day shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with the flexibility to crush overtime when duty calls.
