The ideal candidate will develop, maintain, and optimize the master production schedule (MPS) to support efficient workflow, ensure outstanding on-time delivery, and maximize resource utilization.

Responsibilities:
Production Planning: Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) by translating sales forecasts and customer orders into executable production plans.
Resource Balancing: Align labor, equipment capacity, and material availability to consistently meet delivery commitments.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate daily with Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, and Sales to maintain schedule alignment.
Optimization & Monitoring: Monitor schedule adherence and throughput metrics; adjust schedules in real-time to eliminate bottlenecks, constraints, or downtime.
Data & Analysis: Generate operational reports and perform "what-if" scenario analyses to handle supply or demand changes proactively.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Methodologies: Strong organizational knowledge of 6S methodology.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3?5+ years of production planning or manufacturing scheduling experience.
Technical Skills: Proven proficiency working with ERP/MRP systems.
Data Analysis: Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of capacity planning, inventory management, and forecasting.
Workplace Environment: Ability to spend time on the manufacturing shop floor and safely operate shop equipment, including forklifts.
Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, time management, communication, and organizational skills under pressure.
