Job Description:

We’re seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handling Forklift Driver in the Howard area to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

This role is vital to our production cycle and requires verified forklift experience.

Responsibilities:

• Expertly operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks) to move heavy loads in a tight manufacturing setting.
• Efficiently manage incoming freight and outgoing shipments with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ensure production lines remain stocked with materials to prevent downtime.
• Perform basic inventory checks and log movements using warehouse management software or paper manifests.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain a "safety-first" mindset at all times.

Education: High School

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift Certification or 2 years of Verified Forklift Experience

Experience: 24 months
