We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Support Specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality services at our site. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining product standards, supporting operations, and acting as an impartial liaison between production sources and customer facilities.

Client Relationship & Business Development:
- Serve as a neutral third party between production and customer facilities to verify product quality.
Operations:
- Sort and inspect materials for defects or non-conformance.
- Make pass/fail decisions based on set criteria.
- Accurately complete paperwork, timekeeping, and recordkeeping tasks.
- Use power and hand tools commonly found in warehouse settings.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks.
- Complete accident or damaged goods reports as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Organization & Management
- Communicate sort/inspection results to supervisors, managers, and production teams.
- Maintain neat and clear records and support team operations.
Technical:
- Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Complete training on work instructions and processes.
- Operate laptops or personal computers for documentation and reporting.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Previous experience in material handling
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control methods
- Demonstrated flexibility in fast-paced environments
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Basic math and computer skills
Ability to lift/move up to 35 lbs
Reliable transportation
Certification to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping
