Responsibilities:
- Safe Operations: Perform all duties in strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Material Handling: Transfer finished products from production lines using a pallet jack.
- Packaging & Labeling: Prepare, package, and label materials according to customer specifications.
- Forklift & Equipment Operation: Participate in structured training to safely drive and operate forklifts and specialized packaging tools.
- Area Support: Keep production and packaging areas stocked with necessary materials while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Physical & Technical Capabilities: Ability to work 12-hour shifts, lift up to 65 lbs, and comfortably use basic measuring tools.
- Aptitude & Drive: Basic mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a technical environment.
- Requirements: Must be willing to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
