This role is ideal for candidates seeking a consistent schedule with built-in overtime opportunities.
Candidates must be available to work a rotating shift schedule. This schedule alternates between day and night shifts.
Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts (8:00 to 8:00).
Rotation Pattern: Two weeks on Day Shift, followed by two weeks on Night Shift.
Weekly Cycle: The "2-2-3" schedule results in a 36-hour work week followed by a 48-hour work week.
Benefit: This schedule provides a three-day weekend every other week.
Responsibilities:
Supply raw materials to machine operators to ensure continuous production.
Move finished goods from production lines to designated warehouse staging areas.
Adhere to all facility safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.
Coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor environment.
Familiarity with material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must be able and willing to work the required rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
Candidates must own and provide Steel Toed shoes/boots prior to the first day of training. This is a mandatory safety requirement for entry onto the production floor.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
Ability to lift, carry, push or pull materials as required by the job duties.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels (hearing protection provided).
