Responsibilities:
Learn to set up, operate, and methodically troubleshoot high-precision manufacturing and extrusion machinery.
Participate in routine maintenance???disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and carefully reassembling complex machine components.
Maintain a "calm but fast" mindset: stay focused and organized under pressure, moving efficiently to fix mechanical issues without sacrificing quality or safety.
Monitor production closely, adjusting machine settings for tension, speed, and alignment to ensure flawless product output.
Keep a clean, structured, and safe workstation in line with 5S and continuous improvement standards.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Skills:
Innate mechanical intuition - a natural comfort working with gears, tools, belts, and physical logic.
Experience working on your own vehicles, small engines, or DIY mechanical hobbies is highly preferred!
Backgrounds in junior automotive repair, diesel/aviation maintenance, or mechanical apprenticeships are a massive plus.
Previous experience in a precision manufacturing, extrusion, or textile weaving environment.
