Responsibilities:
Run and keep an eye on assigned plastic molding machines (you will start with 1 press and can move up to 4?5 as you get comfortable).
Check finished products as they come off the line to make sure they aren't damaged or defective.
Trim excess plastic, count items, and pack parts safely into shipping boxes.
Put correct labels on boxes and fill out simple daily production sheets.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and follow a stable schedule with NO Sunday work.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse, factory, assembly line, or order packing environment.
Good eye for detail (spotting scratches or defects in parts quickly).
Experience following simple written instructions or step-by-step assembly guides.
Interest in learning a trade and moving up into supervisor or machine tech roles.
Demonstrated leadership potential or interest in advancing into technical roles (e.g., Mold Set-Up Tech, Quality Inspector, Shift Lead).

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (OR a solid work history showing you can stick with a job).
Great attendance - showing up on time for your shift is a must.
Ability to stand on your feet for an 8+ hour shift, do repetitive hand work, and lift up to 35 lbs.
