As a Medical Manufacturing Worker, you'll contribute directly to the production, assembly, and packaging of life-saving medical products in a clean, controlled environment. Responsibilities:
Assemble, package, and label medical products according to written procedures (SOPs).
Perform cleaning tasks for equipment, work surfaces, and production areas.
Maintain proper gowning and cleanliness in a cleanroom environment.
Enter production data accurately into systems such as Sage100.
Follow FDA and ISO manufacturing standards and safety protocols.
Identify and report non-conforming products or processes to Quality Assurance.
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
Collaborate with internal departments to meet production and quality goals.
Support cross-functional duties in warehousing or additional assembly areas as needed.
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, FDA-regulated, or ISO-certified environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Proficient with computers; familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom and adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
Good communication and ability to work independently or on a team.

Qualifications:
Experience with Sage100 or a similar ERP system.
Previous experience in medical or cleanroom manufacturing.
Familiarity with 5S or lean manufacturing practices.
Inventory control or warehouse experience.
Leadership experience (for Senior or Lead roles).
