Responsibilities:
Assemble product components using various basic processes such as cutting, bonding, wrapping, and cleaning.
Operate custom manufacturing machinery, including semi-auto bonding and packaging equipment.
Perform thorough quality self-inspections on all assembled products to ensure they meet specifications.
Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), process sheets, and approved documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Work inside a Cleanroom environment, conforming strictly to all required procedures and the established gowning policy.
Actively participate in a team setting, communicating and collaborating to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain excellent punctuality and availability in accordance with company policy.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Some prior manufacturing experience, especially within the medical device industry.
Technical or vocational certifications.
Basic computer skills.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have strong dexterity and vision to perform detailed assembly work.
Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English (preferred).
Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds intermittently.
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods, including an entire shift.
Willingness to work in close proximity to other team members and handle chemicals (with proper PPE).
Level II: Must be trained and proficient in working multiple positions on at least three product lines.
