We're seeking detail-oriented assemblers with hands-on microscope experience to perform precision rework, assembly, and visual inspection on extremely small components. The work requires strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, patience, and the ability to remain focused while working under magnification for most of the shift.

Responsibilities:
Perform detailed rework on very small components while working under a microscope.
Use tweezers and other precision tools to remove damaged or defective components and accurately reinstall replacement components.
Handle and manipulate very small parts without damaging the product.
Perform visual inspection of completed work and identify acceptable versus defective components.
Complete basic quality checks on your own work and recognize when rework is required.
Follow established work instructions and quality standards.
Maintain accuracy and consistent quality while performing repetitive, detailed work.
Work collaboratively with production and quality team members.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
SMT or electronics assembly and rework.
Printed circuit board (PCB) assembly or component-level rework.
Electronics manufacturing services (EMS) environments.
Medical device assembly involving microscope work and small components.
Precision assembly, inspection, or rework involving miniature part
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Previous hands-on microscope experience is required.
Experience handling and reworking small components under magnification.
Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
Ability to use tweezers and precision hand tools effectively.
Ability to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
Ability to quickly learn how to distinguish acceptable parts from defective parts.
Ability to perform repetitive precision work while maintaining focus and accuracy.
