Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5 with an hour lunch.
Pay: $20.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Assist with leasing, resident support, and file compliance
- Help process move-ins and notices
- Support rent collection and office administration
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns
- Provide professional, compassionate resident service
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Office Support
- Provide daily administrative support to the Property Manager
- Maintain organized and accurate resident files (physical and electronic)
- Complete documentation thoroughly and in compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Assist with application processing, certifications/recertifications, and compliance paperwork
- Prepare notices, correspondence, and general office communications
- Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering as needed
- Resident Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints calmly and respectfully
- Maintain professionalism in challenging or high-stress situations
- Uphold Fair Housing standards by treating all residents consistently, fairly, and without bias
- Operational Support
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings
- Support rent collection processes and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and management staff
- Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information

Prior administrative or property management experience preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when handling difficult or sensitive conversations
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations (or willingness to learn)
