Responsibilities:
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Resident Services team.
Order office and program supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
Assist with event preparation and community program logistics.
Create engaging flyers and promotional program materials for residents.
Run local errands and purchase necessary items for special events and upcoming programs.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, but not required
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Strong Customer Service skills with a welcoming, service-oriented attitude
1-3 years experience in an office or administrative environment
Solid proficiency with computers, including MS Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Sheets)
A valid CA Driver License (required for running local program errands)
