We are seeking skilled and reliable Furniture Assemblers to join our team for a major installation project at a new office building in North Charleston & Goosecreek. The candidates will be responsible for the assembly and installation of a wide range of office furniture, including desks, chairs, cubicles, shelving units, and conference room tables. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency with tools, and the ability to work efficiently within a team to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
-Unpack, sort, and stage furniture components according to assembly instructions and floor plans.
-Read and interpret assembly manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings to ensure proper construction.
-Assemble and install a variety of office furniture systems using hand and power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, levels).
-Ensure all furniture is assembled to the highest quality standards, checking for stability, functionality, and absence of defects.
-Position and arrange assembled furniture according to the specified office layout.
-Collaborate with the project manager and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
-Assist with clean-up and removal of all packaging materials and debris upon project completion.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
-Previous experience in furniture assembly, installation, or a related field (e.g., carpentry, general labor, handyman services) is highly preferred.
-Proficiency in using common hand and power tools safely and effectively.
-Ability to read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and blueprints.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
-Excellent physical condition and stamina; able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
-Reliable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude.
-Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
