Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online; manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and manage project schedules, specifically focusing on coordinating "touch-up" work and year-end project completions.
Office Operations: Oversee general office administrative tasks to ensure a productive work environment.
Communication: Act as a central point of contact for the team, ensuring clear and professional communication regarding timelines and office needs.
Documentation: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for projects, vendor contracts, and financial reports.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working within the construction industry is highly preferred.
Advanced Scheduling: Experience managing complex schedules, particularly for construction-specific phases like warranty work or touch-ups.
