Responsibilities:
Operations Oversight: Manage daily office workflows, including scheduling, reporting, document control, and communication flow.
Customer Service Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor our customer service team (CSRs) handling order entries, client communications, and issue resolutions.
Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact to build strong relationships with customers, retailers, and vendors, resolving escalated concerns professionally.
Data Integrity: Maintain precise and accurate records relating to production, orders, inventory, and vendor accounts
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
Previous experience managing office systems, vendor relations, or inventory/purchasing departments.
