Our client is seeking a versatile, reliable, and well-rounded Office Manager & Customer Service Specialist to join their growing e-commerce team. In this dual-threat role, you will be the heartbeat of daily operations balancing high-level customer support with the hands-on fulfillment of orders. The ideal candidate is someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to pack an order one minute and jump into the website backend to update a product listing the next.
Responsibilities:
Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for shipment to ensure a premium unboxing experience for our customers.
Logistics Coordination: Manage shipping technology platforms and coordinate daily pickups with FedEx and other carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Digital Maintenance: Perform basic website updates, including inventory adjustments, product descriptions, and promotional updates.
Operational Oversight: Ensure the office/warehouse is opened reliably and remains organized, efficient, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality; you are the person the team counts on to "show up and get it done."
Ability to stand for periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs for packing and shipping tasks.
A "no task too small" mentality with the ability to pivot between digital tasks and physical labor.

High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal skills for professional customer interaction.
Proficiency with shipping software and e-commerce platforms
