We are seeking a detail-oriented, "computer savvy" Clerical Coordinator to provide essential support to our Regional Distribution Center. This role requires an immediate start. While primarily office-based, you will occasionally enter the warehouse environment (no PPE required).
Shift and Pay:
Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm, $19/hr-$20/hr
Responsibilities:
Logistics & Data Integrity: Maintain logs, reports, and audit processes (including SOX controls) to prevent picking and shipping errors.
Inbound Coordination: Record the arrival and departure of all inbound activity; proactively notify management of potential detention charges and resolve documentation discrepancies.
Inventory & Quality Control: Handle serial number deviations, determine the disposition of damaged products, and initiate freight claims.
Compliance: Coordinate safety training documentation and OSHA communication/postings.
Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for internal and external customers, resolving issues regarding non-conformance in SOPs, packaging, or UPC issues.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
SAP EWM: This is the "Strongly Preferred" skill. A candidate who understands how to navigate Extended Warehouse Management for tracking inventory and bin locations is the ideal fit.
SAP Queries: Beyond just data entry, the manager prefers someone who knows how to pull reports and run queries within the SAP environment.
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange): Experience with the automated transfer of data (like purchase orders and invoices) between companies.
Shipping/Logistics Experience: While they will train a fast learner, prior experience in a shipping office or distribution center is a major plus.

Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of related clerical or distribution experience.
Software Proficiency: Must be highly "computer savvy." Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general office applications (EDI/Fax) is required.
EWM/SAP: Strong preference for candidates with SAP experience, specifically using EWM and running queries.
Skills: Fast and accurate typing, high attention to detail, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor???s degree or HVAC industry experience is a plus.
