Routinely observes and reports to the Dept. manager information she/he needs to ensure the preservation of the physical facility, including all utilities, pumps, compressors, boilers, roofs, etc.? Ability to run analytical tests to ensure the product is within specification? Ensures equipment stays in optimal repair and knows when to shut down to perform maintenance activities? Ability to tell when to turn down rail care that is out of specification on cleaning?
