Manages Contingent Workforce at a Global Utility Vehicle manufacturer. Various shifts available to include supervision of Morning and Evening warehouse shifts.
-Facilitate on-site new hire orientation and placements.
-Follow up with new placements for Satisfaction and Training.
-Audit absenteeism daily and take appropriate administrative action based on policy.

-Ensure policy adherence of all associates.
-Provide coaching and counseling to associates to address opportunities through out the worksite.
Responsibilities:
-Work with a team of two other Mangers to provide customer satisfaction to 300+ Employees across three different facilities.
-Attendance Reporting and Tracking.
-Managing employee expectations and policy adherence.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workplace Suites
-Ability to communicate effectively across multiple demographics and leadership levels.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in any field relevent to Business, Manufacturing, or Human Resources.
-Combination of work experience/education in place of a degree is acceptable.
-Daily use of Google Suite and Reporting portals
-Confidence in preparing and presenting information to Clients.
