-Manages Contingent Workforce at a Global Utility Vehicle manufacturer.
-Conduct on-site new hire orientation and placements.
-Review placement satisfaction with new hires.
-Audit absenteeism daily and take appropriate administrative action based on policy.
-Ensure policy Adherence of all associates.

Responsibilities:
-Managing a team of 300+ Employees across three different facilities.
-Potential for weekend work/overtime.
-Participate in Client meetings to follow up on service delivery and quality expectations.
-Attendance Reporting
-Manage performance KPI's and initiatives to Client and Spherion expectations
-Provide feedback to client and Spherion leadership for discussion at business reviews.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workplace Suites
-Ability to communicate effectively across multiple demographics and leadership levels.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in any field relevent to Business, Manufacturing, or Human Resources.
-Combination of work experience/education in place of a degree is acceptable.
-Daily use of Google Suite and Reporting portals
-Confidence in preparing and presenting information to Clients.
