Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions
Lead, manage & hold team members accountable
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, terminations and disciplinary actions
Enforce performance standards, SOP/best practices and safety compliance
Lead by example, following all moving, safety and other policies completely.
Follow all company procedures and best practices enforcing company standards with all team members.
Hiring & Training
Process applications, conduct interviews and job offers
Complete employee documentation as required
Ensure completion of new employee orientation and training process
Ensure completion of driver training & certification programs
Conduct safety meetings and ensure strong safety culture
Provide ongoing training / retraining sessions for existing staff
Fleet Maintenance
Conduct truck & equipment inspections as needed and make necessary repairs and corrections.
Ensure completion of fleet maintenance and repairs
Enforce DOT, FMSCA, OSHA and state compliance standards
Daily Tasks
Process and close sales orders following SOP
Process bank deposits
Prep for payroll by reviewing timesheets, deductions forms etc.
Respond to customer complaints, damages, and claims follow-up
Monitor storage and organize and maintain warehouse.
Handle inventory needs such as uniforms, office and truck supplies.
Comply with marketing requests for location.
Review job schedule and prepare crew schedules, prepare for jobs.
Conduct daily dispatch meetings and spot checks
Monitor GPS and fleet performance throughout day
Maintain communication with drivers throughout the move
Support teams on jobs as needed / on-site inventories / customer support
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
4 plus years of Supervisory experience or related field
Excellent customer service skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Able to listen and clearly communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, employees, customers and management
Use of computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone, and other electronics as needed
Ability to direct the work of others and provide leadership to employees and co-workers.
Knowledgeable of all state and federal driving and interstate moving requirements
Valid Driver???s License, clean driving record, ability to drive company vehicles, and ability to obtain a
Medical Examiner???s Certificate (ability to get)
Must be at least 21 years or older
Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
Able to complete basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication) using whole numbers and decimals
Read, speak, and comprehend English
