Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Set strategic objectives for site leaders and oversee production managerial teams to ensure high throughput and minimal waste.
Financial & Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual Operations budget for the entire plant.
Strategic Planning: Analyze performance trends and resource availability to execute long-term manufacturing strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Optimize plant effectiveness using TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and High-Performance Work Team methodologies.
People Development: Coach, mentor, and build accountability across production teams.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Practical knowledge of TPM and High-Performance Work Teams.
Strong financial analysis and project management abilities.
Track record of driving continuous improvement and process automation.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of supervisory/management experience specifically within a food manufacturing plant.
Large Scale Operations: Proven experience managing or leading operations in a facility with 800+ employees.
Engineering Background: Background or previous professional experience as an Engineer.
Financial Expertise: MUST have direct experience budgeting the entire manufacturing plant.
Food Safety: Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
Technical Aptitude: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for automated mechanical processes.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor???s degree preferred).
