Responsibilities:
Shift Leadership: Direct daily operations, manage shift handovers, conduct floor meetings, and hold team members accountable for performance and conduct.
Technical Troubleshooting: Monitor machine performance (mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, refrigeration), interpret HMI data, and perform root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Safety & Quality: Enforce strict 5S standards, food safety, and health & safety regulations across the floor.
Cost & Efficiency Control: Track performance metrics (OEE), manage shift staffing to hit production targets, and eliminate material/labor waste.
Team Development: Execute training plans, maintain skill matrices, and address performance gaps on your shift.
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Background in food processing, packaging, or environments with strict GMP/quality standards.
Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma).
Prior experience in industrial maintenance, supply chain, or inventory control.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience (Must meet ONE of the following):
Bachelor???s degree + 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience OR
5+ years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment OR
2+ years of leadership experience in the U.S. Military
Mechanical Aptitude: Strong hands-on mechanical understanding and diagnostic problem-solving abilities.
Computer Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
Work Environment: Ability to work in fast-paced environments with varied temperatures (cold, wet, warm).
