Responsibilities:
Patient and Client Service
* Greet patients and visitors warmly and manage their check-in process.
* Answer incoming telephone calls, providing information and scheduling appointments with professionalism.
* Provide superior customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving minor issues efficiently.
Clinical Support and Pre-Testing
* Perform preliminary diagnostic testing (pre-testing) on patients prior to their examination by the Optician or Optometrist.
* Ensure all pre-testing equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Administrative and Retail Support
* Assist patients with frame and lens selection, applying product knowledge to meet visual needs and style preferences.
* Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling of premium products and accessories, educating patients on the benefits of advanced options.
* Process sales transactions and maintain accurate patient records.
Training and Development
* Commit to a comprehensive, approximately three-month training period focused on acquiring detailed knowledge in optical measurements, lens technologies, and current eyewear styles.
* Demonstrate a high level of initiative by utilizing downtime for continuous learning, training, and practice-related tasks to ensure readiness to assist patients.
* Maintain detailed attention to accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling to technical measurements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:25 PM
Skills:
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; multi-tasking is considered a critical skill for this role.
* Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
