Break Picker: You will pick orders that are less than a full case quantity, using a rolling cart to transport totes. This role involves standing, walking, and lifting boxes/totes up to 50 lbs. You may also rotate between picking, manifest, and packing stations.Bulk Picker: You will operate an order picker to pull master cases, place items on pallets, and transport them to the staging area. You may also be involved in stock placement and inventory cycle counts. Previous order picker experience is preferred, but we will train someone who has picking experience and is comfortable with heights.You will likely start as a Break Picker, handling floor-level orders, but will be cross-trained for Bulk Picking. If you have Cherry Picker/Order Picker forklift experience, you may move up to a Bulk Picker role.

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.Experience with RF scanners or other warehouse management systems.Forklift certification (especially for Order Picker/Cherry Picker).
This job requires you to stand, walk, lift up to 75 lbs., and use your hands to handle tools and objects. You will also be required to reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities such as close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception are necessary.Basic computer skills and reading comprehension.The ability to count accurately with attention to detail.A positive attitude and a team player mindset.Reliable, flexible, and open to cross-training.Willingness to work overtime as needed.You will be required to wear steel/composite toe safety shoes/boots (which you must provide). A yellow safety vest will be provided.
