Responsibilities:
-Pesar el producto con precision seg-n las especificaciones del empaque.
-Inspeccionar visualmente la calidad del producto antes de empacarlo (revisar que no haya impurezas).
-Etiquetar cajas y envases con fechas de caducidad y n-meros de lote.
-Armar cajas y estibar (acomodar) el producto terminado en pallets de forma segura.
-Mantener su area de trabajo limpia y organizada.
Working hours: 2:15 PM - 11:15 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or distribution environment, particularly with scan guns or automated conveyors.

Qualifications:
Physical Stamina and Strength: Ability to stand for long periods (8?12 hours) and comfortably lift or move boxes up to 30?40 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hourly production quotas without falling behind the assembly line.
Attention to Detail: Precision in checking for product defects, ensuring the correct quantity is in each box, and accurately applying labels or barcodes.
Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination for quick folding of boxes, sealing packages with tape guns, and handling small or fragile items.
Basic Communication & Safety: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions (in English or Spanish) and strictly adhere to safety protocols to prevent workplace injuries.
