Pay $17-19/hour DOE

Responsibilities:
Lead & Mentor: Serve as the Paint Department expert, training associates in product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards.
Drive Sales & Merchandising: Collaborate with Merchandising Teams and Store Leaders to plan promotional resets, maintain end caps, and maximize sales opportunities.
Deliver "Amaze Every Customer" Service: Warmly greet shoppers, answer product calls, and offer personalized paint solutions.
Maintain Operational Standards: Oversee inventory levels, communicate replenishment needs, and ensure accurate signage, pricing, and special orders.
Ensure Safety & Cleanliness: Drive a positive safety culture, assist with forklift operation (once certified), and keep department spaces pristine.
Innovate & Collaborate: Actively participate in leadership meetings and offer proactive ideas to streamline store operations.

Qualifications:
-Previous retail management or department leadership experience preferred
-Extensive knowledge of paint, painting tools & accessories is highly advantageous
-Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop team members
-Strong merchandising and visual presentation skills
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
-High School Diploma or GED required
-Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 40 pounds
