Responsibilities:
Preparing Parts: Cleaning and degreasing components using acetone to remove any contaminants. You will also sand, grind, and mask parts to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Racking and Staging: Hanging, positioning, and securing parts safely onto the paint line racks. You will also ensure that all production prints remain with their corresponding parts throughout the entire process.
Quality Inspection: Examining parts closely for any defects to ensure they meet established standards before they move to the paint booth.
Documentation: Accurately completing and submitting your daily production sheets to the supervisor.
Safety and Collaboration: Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by following OSHA regulations, wearing required PPE, and participating in safety training. You will also collaborate with your teammates and assist with other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.
Working hours: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
An exceptional eye for detail and quality-control judgment.
Prior experience with functional or technical skills in a manufacturing or assembly setting.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
A consistent and stable work history.
Physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Physical ability to comfortably lift and move up to 45 pounds.
Excellent manual dexterity and coordination for handling parts.
A commitment to punctual attendance and proactive communication regarding schedules.
