The Paper Prepper is responsible for preparing physical documents for large-scale scanning and digital conversion. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong adherence to written instructions, and the ability to work quietly and efficiently in a warehouse environment.

- Follow written job specifications to determine preparation requirements for each project.
- Remove all staples, paperclips, bindings, and fasteners from documents.
- Straighten crumpled or folded papers and align feed edges to ensure smooth scanning.
- Cut documents or binding edges when required for scanning readiness.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
- Arrange pages in exact numerical or chronological order according to written job instructions.
- Insert specified tag sheets/barcodes between document batches or file separators.
- Locate requested batch materials or document boxes within the warehouse.
Education:
High School

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 20 lbs
