Responsibilities:
Assist advisors in preparing comprehensive financial plans, investment recommendations, and annual client reviews.
Participate in client meetings, document key action items, and respond to client inquiries with exceptional service.
Conduct in-depth financial planning and investment research.
Analyze client data, prepare planning reports, and support portfolio reviews and implementation activities.
Support estate planning, gifting strategies, and coordination with clients' professional advisors.
Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance activities, and firm process and workflow improvements.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Previous experience within financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
Familiarity with financial planning software technology

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
