Long-term temporary need in Human Resources with potential for conversion to permanent employment. Schedule to consist of 20 hours per week, with some flexibility between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday. Predominantly administrative support, but some Human Resources experience would be beneficial.

Transactional Support: Process high-volume personnel actions in PeopleSoft, including hires, terminations, and funding changes, while monitoring workflow to resolve processing errors.
Lifecycle Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders by managing offer letters, I-9 documentation, and bi-weekly time tracking.
Administrative Operations: Support recruitment logistics (interview scheduling and documentation) and maintain confidential electronic and paper personnel records in compliance with University policies.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
System Proficiency: Prior experience navigating and processing actions within PeopleSoft and PeopleAdmin (or similar HRIS/ATS platforms).
Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with HR operations specifically within a higher education or unionized environment.
Technical Reporting: Experience running standard queries, maintaining SharePoint sites, and using MS Office to generate HR reports.
