We are seeking a focused and reliable Clerical Support Clerk to join our document management team. In this role, you will be the first step in helping businesses go paperless. You will handle the physical preparation and digital scanning of important records, blueprints, and files. Responsibilities:
Perform Document "Triage": Prepare physical files for scanning by removing staples, paper clips, and binders. You will also repair torn pages with tape and flatten folds to ensure they pass through the equipment smoothly.
Operate Production Scanners: Load and monitor high-speed scanning machines. You will be responsible for digitizing everything from standard business letters to large-format architectural blueprints.
Conduct Quality Reviews: Review the scanned digital images on a computer monitor to ensure they are perfectly clear, straight, and legible. If an image is blurry or cut off, you will perform a quick rescan.
Execute Basic Data Entry: Type in basic "index" information (such as a file name, date, or ID number) so that the digital documents can be easily searched and found later.
Manage Physical Records: Re-assemble files back into their original folders after scanning or place them into secure bins for shredding, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small errors or missed staples in a fast-paced environment.
Manual Dexterity: Comfort performing repetitive tasks with your hands (like sorting and prepping paper) for the duration of your shift.

Dependability: A strong track record of showing up on time and following a consistent schedule.

Experience with data entry or filing systems.
An interest in "behind-the-scenes" office operations and digital archiving
