Responsibilities:
Financial Operations & Transaction Processing: Oversee day-to-day transaction processing for equipment procurement, consultant contracts, revenue, and expense accounting across income/expense accounts, grant budgets, general fund budgets, and gift funds.
Budget Analysis & Forecasting: Perform ongoing budget analysis, financial forecasting, and account tracking to support leadership and team members with operational decision-making.
Project Financial Monitoring: Work alongside staff on projects to understand, communicate, and monitor project-specific financials, maintaining organized, consistent, and repeatable project tracking systems to ensure data is accessible, transparent, and securely maintained.
Annual Fee Schedule & Compliance: Collaborate with the Business Office to create the annual income/expense fee schedule and ensure full compliance with business plan documentation as well as organizational policies and practices.
Payroll & Salary Effort Distributions: Communicate regularly with leadership to monitor and ensure accurate salary distributions for effort.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Experience:

Qualifications:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
Experience or familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
Background in academic, non-profit, or grant-funded financial administration and contract monitoring is a plus.
