We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Administrator to manage bi-weekly payroll processing and oversee comprehensive employee benefits programs. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits while ensuring total compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend!)

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration:
Manage and process full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for all employees.
Ensure accurate calculations of wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and withholdings.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity within systems.
Reconcile payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate closely with the Finance/Accounting department.
Manage payroll tax filings and year-end processes, including W-2 generation and distribution.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations; prepare reports for internal and external audits.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
Coordinate and lead the annual open enrollment process and benefits communications.
Process new enrollments, life-event changes, and terminations in benefits portals.
Ensure full compliance with relevant employment laws (e.g., ACA, COBRA, FMLA).
Maintain accurate benefit records, reporting, and invoice reconciliation.
Employee Support & Operations:
Respond efficiently and empathetically to employee questions regarding payroll and benefits.
Assist with the payroll and benefits onboarding of new hires and the offboarding of departing employees.
Maintain adherence to company policies and government compliance guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Associate???s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated payroll and benefits experience.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency with ADP is strictly required.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Core Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, high attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the discrete handling of confidential employee data.
