Because our people are our greatest asset, you will work hand-in-hand with the Human Resources Department to manage the full employee lifecycle?from onboarding paperwork to final paychecks.
Responsibilities:
*Manage Weekly Payroll: You will own the full payroll cycle for all warehouse staff, ensuring 100% accuracy for hourly wages, overtime, and shift premiums.
*Resolve Time-Clock Issues: You will daily audit timecard punches and reconcile discrepancies with floor supervisors to prevent pay errors.
*Bridge the HR Gap: You will partner with HR to sync new hire data, benefit deductions, and pay rate changes, ensuring the two departments move as one.
*Support the Crew: You will be the "go-to" person for employee pay questions, explaining withholdings or paystubs with a helpful, professional attitude.
*Ensure Compliance: You will handle the processing of garnishments, tax updates, and labor reports to keep our warehouse operations legally sound and on budget.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
*Warehouse or Industrial Experience: Familiarity with the warehousing environment, specifically understanding shift differentials (e.g., night vs. day shifts) and seasonal volume spikes.
*Bilingual Proficiency: You can fluently speak and write in both English and Spanish. You will use this skill to clearly explain paystubs, tax withholdings, and company policies to our diverse warehouse crew, ensuring every team member feels heard and understood.
*HRIS Integration Knowledge: Experience working within an integrated Human Resources Information System to help bridge the gap between recruitment data and payroll execution.

Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Payroll Software: Mastery of enterprise-level systems (ADP or Paycom) to accurately process high-volume, multi-shift payroll.
*Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: A solid understanding of FLSA regulations, including overtime calculations, state-specific labor laws, and tax withholding requirements.
*Data Integrity & Attention to Detail: The ability to audit large timecard batches for errors, ensuring that manual entries and automated clock-ins reconcile perfectly.
*Interpersonal Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain complex pay issues to warehouse staff and collaborate daily with the HR team on personnel changes.
