The Payroll Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing through Paychex for employees working across the western United States. This role oversees payroll uploads, verifies compliance with applicable state wage and hour laws based on where employees performed work, and manages payroll-related reimbursements, advances, and tax obligations. The position also supports employee onboarding by coordinating payroll setup, tax forms, direct deposit enrollment, and related new-hire documentation to ensure employees are set up correctly and compliantly from the start. During off-payroll weeks, this role provides Accounts Payable support to the Accounting Manager.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
