 Reports directly to Paint Manager with matters concerning ISO / QS Standards with regards to customer manufacturing quality.  Ability to read, interpret, and utilize instructions from manufacturing print drawings, and other types of measuring devices (such as paint mil gage) used in manufacturing environment.     Familiar with hazards of all paint materials used in both wet and powder applications Wet Paint Applications:    - Ability to mix paint to manufacturer and customer specifications.     - Ability to work with required PPE for mixing, application, curing, and cleaning procedures.     - Ability to operate and utilize a heated curing booth. Dry Powder Paint Applications:       - Ability to set up a powder application (bucket & gun).           - Ability to apply dry powder paint to surfaces at a distribution meeting customer specifications.      - Ability to work with PPE for a dry powder paint application and its cleaning procedures.          - Ability to utilize and follow powder curing oven procedures.     THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: -          Prior technical training and / or experience from an applicable trade school program -          Prior training and / or experience with painting sheet metal. -          OJT may be substituted for experience.
