Responsibilities:
Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of plant equipment and systems.
Support troubleshooting and basic repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.
Learn to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Help maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage.
Participate in equipment installations and facility upkeep.
Safely operate and maintain power tools and hand tools used in maintenance work.
Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to support production and minimize downtime.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed.
Be open to training and cross-functional learning opportunities.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with programming, modifying, and troubleshooting PLCs.
Knowledge of AC & DC Servo drives and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
Experience maintaining plant utilities, including HVAC systems, air compressors, refrigeration systems, and piping/plumbing.
Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting robotic-driven equipment.
Experience with precision measuring instruments and calibrating plant sensors or controls.
Ability to use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for logging work orders and maintenance history.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong attention to detail, and effective time management capabilities.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical failures quickly and accurately.
Expertise in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder diagrams.
Competence in various welding techniques (e.g., Arc, MIG) and basic fabrication skills.
Experience performing scheduled maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and hazardous material handling.
Capable of frequent heavy lifting (e.g., up to 50 lbs.) and working in various environmental conditions.
