Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Manage overall plant operations, including production, supply chain coordination, quality assurance, and maintenance.
Executive Partnership: Partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute operational strategies that drive profitability and organizational growth.
Mentorship: Oversee and mentor department leadership across Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams.
Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to optimize production throughput and efficiency.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, cost control, inventory management, and quality.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, including SQF standards, FDA requirements, and workplace safety programs.
Resource Planning: Coordinate production scheduling, capacity management, and capital investment planning to meet customer demand and support upgrades.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-performance culture.
Hands-on experience building scalable processes to support a growing organization

Qualifications:
Industry Experience: Minimum 7???10 years of leadership experience specifically within CPG food manufacturing.
Operations Expertise: Proven track record in production planning, supply chain coordination, and managing quality systems.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, SQF standards, and FDA regulations.
Systems & Maintenance: Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP) and sufficient mechanical knowledge to oversee equipment troubleshooting.
